Straw yellow colour with greenish reflections: fresh scent with notes of citrus and white flowers; wine with high acidity but at the same time well balanced and rich of perfumes. It's obtained from the fermentation of 100% Falanghina grapes and has an alcohol content of 13% vol. The grapes are manually harvested between the end of September and the beginning of October and to preserve the quality of the product the grapes are collected in small bins of 20 kg. Fermentation in white, in steel tanks at controlled temperatures. We recommend a service temperatures ranging from 10 to 12 ° C
