Ruby red colour with aroma of wild fruits, really soft at the palate, with pleasant notes of black cherry jam. It's obtained by 100% Aglianico grapes and has an alcohol content of 13,5% vol. The grapes are manually harvested during the end of October and to preserve the quality of the product the grapes are collected in small bins of 20 kg. Classic fermentation with soaking, malolatic fermentation in oak barrels. Ageing in oak barriques from 8 to 10 months and 12 month of refining in bottles.
